Why do I update so little? It's kind of ridiculous since I'm on LJ, almost everyday but I never update my journal... I really need to get out of this house... So tired of always doing homework. homework, homework. *sigh*

ARGH!!!
Dumbledore is gay.
It's all okay.
I mean, 'cause hey!
I like him anyway.
...Yeah... I'm not that creative...
At first I thought it was really random, but after thinking about it, it kind of makes sense...

I'm back! I've actually been done the book for awhile but I haven't had access to a computer.
I'm not going to lie, I kind of went into a state of shock and depression once I was done. I have to say, I was pretty happy with the book for the most part, but I have a burning desire to do something violent to the epilouge. It felt like it didn't really fit with the rest of the story. It felt so odd to me.
Did anyone else think that there were some really strange grammar in the book? I had to read certain passages over a couple times because the way it was worded was really strange to me.
I noticed that

Hello anyone who may be reading this.
I just got back from a 2 1/2 week trip in India. It was an amazing trip for the most part. I'm too lazy (and tired) to type out everything in sentences and in detail so I present to you:
The trip highlights
~The first 3 days, it rained NON-STOP and we did a city tour of Mumbai/Bombay (in the rain!) which was fun (to a point).
~The hotel in Udaipur had a really cool pool/moat that went all around the hotel (didn't spend too much time there between the touring and the rain)
~In Jaipur we had the most AMAZING car to ride around in. It had GIGANTIC seats that were so comfy. (and it FINALLY stopped raining for the most part)
~Drove to Agra in said amazing car
~Saw the Taj Mahal (!!!)
~Drove to Delhi in the same super-duper car
~Almost got run over by cars
~Took a train to the town where my dad was born
~Took train back to Delhi and saw Harry Potter(!!!) and it was SO much better than I expected it to be
~Flew home the same day
I officially NEVER want to see another religious temple, fort, or mausoleum EVER again. I think we visited like 3 forts, 3 temples in every city except Agra. In Agra we ONLY saw mausoleums.
The one thing I will probably will take away from this trip isn't the sites I saw, but the new appreciation I have for my life in Canada. All of our guides warned us about the hawkers and beggars in the streets, telling us not to give them money. Most of the beggars are professionals and the money doesn't go towards them and their needs. Some have deformities and you really do feel sorry for them but we were told that some of these "cripples" cut off their own limbs so that people will give them more money. Majority of the beggars are elderly women, young children, women with babies, and cripples. It's scary how many there are in certain parts. It really sunk in for me when we were walking down a street in Mumbai, and a girl, no older than maybe 12, taps me on the arm. I turn around and she has a small baby in one arm, and a group of 5 or 6 kids under the age of 7, behind her, all holding their hands out for money. Some are motioning that they want food. Remembering what the guide said, I continue walking. The girl keeps following me, tapping me, and eventually pulling on my sleeve. The group followed us to the van and one tried climbing in. The rest started knocking on the windows and the side of car. As we pulled away, I looked back at the children. They all looked so disappointed and sad that they didn't get any money. Just seeing that really made me take a step back a re-evaluate my life here. It's one of those things you have to experience first hand to get the full understanding
On lighter note, I will be home for Deathly Hallows (YAY!!! x 1000). After much deliberation, I have decided to steal Irena's idea and dress-up as a house elf. My family thinks I'm crazy, but I've always liked Dobby.
I'm so excited! This will be my first (and last) Harry Potter midnight release party. I can't believe the end has come. I'm not really sure what I'll do once I'm done reading it. I have leave town that afternoon, so I won't really have a lot of time to mourn the end of the series. I think that what ever happens, I'll be happy with how it turns out. At least I hope that's how I'll feel...

Instructions: Each player starts with 7 random habits/facts about themselves. People who are tagged need to write on their own blog about their seven things, as well as these rules. At the end of your blog, you need to choose 7 people to get tagged & list their names.
1. I used to think that Hogwarts could actually exist in the real world.
2. I keep a list of Broadway musicals I want to see.
3. I used think the DaVinci Code's theory was real.
4. I don't update my LJ very often because I think my life isn't all that interesting.
5. I swore that I would never get a myspace because I thought it was stupid.
6. I've broken my myspace oath because Wilson, Tracie, and Anthony have myspaces and I wanted a one degree connection to RENT cast members.
7. I haven't had a boring summer with nothing to do but relax since I was 7.

Ok, I have a problem. I have 15 friends but, 8 of them are communities and of the 7 that are actual users, one of the friends is the person who tagged me, and 4 of them I've never really talked to, I just added them because I like their art/fics. Oh well...

Idina Menzel ---> Original Broadway Cast member of RENT (GO SEE RENT!!!). She played Maureen (the drama queen) both on stage and in the movie. Both are AWESOME!!! She was also the original Elphaba in Wicked on Broadway. Wicked is also really awesome so GO SEE IT!!!
Neville Longbottom ---> What is there not to love about Neville? He's not the hero, but he most certainly is mine. Let's face it. He's not exact;y the brightest student, but he tries so hard and he just so adorable. The fact he's seen as such a failure, but still keeps on going is really inspiring.
And just becuase irena asked: HP Fanfics ---> I haven't really read any new ones lately...All the really good ones I know of were refered to me by you. Sorry. :(
This is from a LOST episode where Charlie, Desmond, Hurley, and Jin are "camping" in the woods. Jin (who speaks no English) is telling campfire stories and Hurley got really scared after even though he had no idea what Jin was saying. You had to have seen the episode to understand it completly. This is from the same LOST episode. The four are walking along the beach and they were all whistling. It was cute moment. This was made by
A bit of a Sleeping Beauty/Harry Potter crossover (if that's what you'd call it). In Sleeping Beauty, two of the fairies wanted Aurora's dress either blue or pink and they kept trying to change it (as shown in the icon). Someone (I have no idea who) thought it'd be cool to apply that concept to Hermione's Yule Ball dress. (I won't get into how I feel about the dress just because I have to get back to studying soon) I like it better blue...I think it looks nicer
